Our insolvency and restructuring team provides our clients with advice on the financial reconstruction of businesses and financial institutions, payments´ suspensions, bankruptcy proceedings, negotiation and implementation of voluntary and compulsory arrangements with creditors. We represent creditors of insolvent estates or distressed enterprises, and act and advise on compulsory dissolution and the liquidation of companies.
