Specialisations
Maren Albertsdóttir is a lawyer with a master‘s degree from the University of Iceland. She holds an LL.M. degree in international commercial arbitration from Stockholm University. Maren has an extensive expertise in administrative law and related areas of law. She was a special legal assistant to the Althingi Ombudsman (the Parliamentary Ombudsman of Iceland) and Director General of the Ombudsman’s office. She has been a lecturer in administrative law at the University of Iceland since 2014. Maren worked at LOGOS between 2008-2012 and joined the office again in 2022.
