Mark Maghie is an American lawyer with forty years of legal experience. He has been living and working in Reykjavík, Iceland since 2016. In the United States, he represented clients in a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. In Iceland, he served as the general counsel to Kerecis Limited, an Icelandic company that developed, manufactured and sold an artificial skin made from fish skin. At Kerecis, he was responsible for all aspects of the Company´s legal matters and served as part of the leadership team. He retired from Kerecis in Summer 2023 following the sale of the Company in the largest corporate transaction in the history of Iceland. He began his of counsel role with LOGOS in December 2023.
