Vilhjálmur Herrera Þórisson

Vilhjalmur Herrera Thorisson is a lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competition law and general corporate counselling. He holds an LL.M. degree in Law, with a certificate in Business Law, graduating cum laude from Duke University School of Law. In addition to M&A, Vilhjalmur has extensive experience in competition law and European law. He is qualified to practice before the District Courts and has worked at LOGOS since 2018. His prior experience includes positions at the EFTA Surveillance Authority in Belgium and the Icelandic Competition Authority.
